New country collision is the best in town! Unfortunately, I’ve had to use their collision repair service services more than once, and they’ve always been extremely friendly, communicative throughout the entire process with follow up text messages or emails, and their service Is absolutely excellent. They’ve done such a great job for me In the past that, I am a return customer and wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else! Thanks to all the wonderful staff! You are the BEST!!

It was very pleasant and quick. The best part after the expert repairs was the detailing of my car inside and out. The wheels were cleaned. The people are very helpful and friendly. The repair was fantastic. They had Enterprise pick me up and bring me back when the car was finished.

Brought my Jeep to Carstar New Country, after a deer collision. They were fantastic to work with. From contacting the insurance company to ordering the car rental and keeping me posted on the progress of my car, they are a step above. Very helpful, competant and friendly....especially Marlin xo!!! Even though I had to wait on a part to come in, it was at no cost to me and they extended my rental car for me, as well as contacting the insurance company. I was updated regularly while waiting on the part to come in. My Jeep looks terrific and the guys even detailed, washed and armoralled it for me. It was so nice to get a clean vehicle back. Thank you to everyone that helped get my car in ship shape. This was my first experience with needing body work done on a car and I have to say, Carstar made it so easy and convenient for me. I absolutely recommend Carstar!!

I had to bring my car in for some body work after a hit and run, CARSTAR New county Collision was one of the verified mechanics through Allstate that was close to me and thank goodness! The people here were so extremely nice and helpful. I'm not from this area, I'm here for school so I don't really have a trusted mechanic or know people for suggestions, but I found one! They were very quick with my car repairs. Everything was done on time maybe a day or two earlier than their initial projection, they were very communicative through the entire process. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new, like there was never any damage in the first place. The paint match and everything was perfect. It was my first time getting a rental car so they gave me some advice for when I picked it up which was very kind. They also offered to give me a ride to Enterprise, and would drop off my rental vehicle when the work on my car was finished which was incredible. They dropped the rental car off immediately, I got the confirmation email from Enterprise like 10 or 15 minutes after I drove off in my car so helpful and convenient! I'll definitely be coming back, my experience here was so calm and ea

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my car in to have the driver-side doors, panels, and the area over the wheel well repaired and replaced. They quoted me a 10–14 day turnaround, and I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready by day 11. They’re excellent at sticking to deadlines. The work itself was outstanding—the paint match is flawless, and the finish looks amazing. They even cleaned the interior thoroughly, which was a nice touch. My vents are blowing stronger than ever, and all the interior buttons are functioning perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend—10/10! Before and after pictures
